Identifying Spam Users
- From Teamwork Administration, go into Customers

- Look for Spam users that need to be deleted, see
below for some red flags:
- Non-AMP email addresses
- Usually has 0 tickets sent

Removing Spam Users
- Double
Click on the customer name to open profile

- Copy the email address from profile

- In
the upper right-hand corner, click on your profile

- Click
on Settings

- From
Settings, click on Company

- Paste
email address to White List and hit Enter

- Scroll
all the way to the bottom of the Black List and click Save
- Go
back to Customer Profile and click on Delete
