Identifying Spam Users     

  • From Teamwork Administration, go into Customers

  • Look for Spam users that need to be deleted, see below for some red flags:
    • Non-AMP email addresses   
    • Usually has 0 tickets sent

Removing Spam Users 

  • Double Click on the customer name to open profile
 

  •  Copy the email address from profile
 
  • In the upper right-hand corner, click on your profile


  • Click on Settings

  • From Settings, click on Company


  • Paste email address to White List and hit Enter

  •      Scroll all the way to the bottom of the Black List and click Save     
  •     Go back to Customer Profile and click on Delete Customer
