Problem
Candidate information does not send to PeopleNet and they are not able to enter their time, preventing Payroll/payment.
Solution
Check the assignment to make sure that it was Active, Start Date is current or past, eHire completed, Social listed on Contact.
Check if the End Dates on the Assignment and the rates and schedule match.
Then go to: \\allmedstaffing.com\shared\PeopleNetExport document folder.
Check either AMP or Locums folder accordingly.
Check the Error Logs.
If the assignment has been rejected, open the Error Log File.
Paste the Error Log into the ticket and escalate to Tier 2 Software Support.
Additional Comments
Always make sure that the user has reached out to Payroll before taking these steps.
