Problem

Expired password needs to be reset.


Solution

If your password has already expired:

Do not open any apps (Outlook, Skype etc. and if you have them open please close them and all other apps). 

Use the Outlook Web App to reset my password.

Then connect to the VPN with the new password.

Change your password on any mobile device that has your credentials.

Lock your computer and unlock it with your current credentials and then reboot. 

If your password is not expired yet, you can connect to the VPN, don't open any apps.

Reset your password and then reboot. 

Don't forget any mobile devices :-)
