Problem

Employee cannot login to ESS. Typically this is either because their PortalUserID is not their primary email address, or they need to update their password.

Gets error message: "Reset Password: Error while trying to load your profile. Either your account has been removed or your credentials have been updated manually."

Solution

If the ticket has come from a member of the production team, ask them to contact Payroll regarding the issue. If payroll is unable to resolve the issue they will create a ticket for it. The payroll team has been given instructions on how to troubleshoot login issues.

Go to the employee's contact record in 1staff. In the Administration section find their portaluserID to attempt to login to ESS. Ensure that the PortalUserID matches their primary email address. If it does not, then change it and save the contact.

Create an admin password and click Save. Enter the portaluserID and admin password to login to ESS. https://ess.allmedstaffing.com/  From here you can determine whether they should be able to login and just need to change their password, or if there is some other issue going on. If you are able to login, then you would advise the use to give the employee their portaluserID and click "Forgot Password" to change their password and login successfully.

If you are not able to login with the admin password, then escalate the ticket

Additional Comments

Your admin password is only good for 2 hours, so giving the admin password to an employee is not a good solution. You will always want to advise them to reset their password to something that they will remember.

If the employee needs to login to Resource Center:

The admin passwords for the Resource Center are:
UserID: Ampemployeerc Password: allmedicalrc
UserID: Atoxemployeerc Password: allmedicalrc
UserID: Locumscontractorrc Password: allmedicalrc
UserID: Locumsemployeerc Password: allmedicalrc
UserID: Travelnursingrc Password: allmediclrc

These credentials can be entered as all lower case (they are not case sensitive), as requested the passwords are all the same “allmedicalrc”. Let me know if these are easy enough, we can modify them easily.
