Employee cannot access Direct Deposit information in ESS


Solution

Use contact advanced find: ESS not showing information.
Hit results.
See if the candidate comes up.
 
If they do not come up, then go to their User ID section and create an admin password and hit Save.
Use their Portal UserID and the Admin Password to log into ESS: https://ess.allmedstaffing.com/
 
If the direct deposit information is still not showing, escalate to Tier 2 Software Support. 
 

Additional Comments

If the candidate does come up in the advanced find view, then use the edit function to change their contact record to Yes on Show Direct Deposit Information.
